Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave World Hub
Dagsion, Dagda's map, calendar pressure, and dungeons between Heroic Games matches.
The world of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave
Fortune’s Weave unfolds across the Dagdan Empire and its capital-stage city Dagsion, where the Heroic Games honor founding king Dagda. Between tournament matches you manage facilities, quests, and Certification Exams; beyond the walls you travel a navigable world map, fight skirmishes, and delve dungeons. Time is a resource: the calendar advances as you act and as you move.
This World Hub links every setting page on the wiki. Cross-read Characters for Cai, Dietrich, Theodora, Leda, and Eshmel; Combat for Blaze Arts and Blessings; Classes for exam planning; Guides for pacing; News for trailer corrections. Platform: Nintendo Switch 2. Release: September 17, 2026. Lore connections to Three Houses via Sothis and Crests are teased, not fully explained—mark them uncertain.
Story frame (spoiler-light)
Five years after the Heroic Games, Dagda faces ruin under the revived demon god Balor. The four Heroes who shaped the Games have vanished. Progenitor god Sothis charges a soul—Eshmel, the avatar-like white-haired lead—to save the world. With goddess Fortuna’s time travel, you may return to the Games era, walk Hero paths, and weave destinies before confronting the end. Emperor Solel still grants a wish to the Games’ ultimate winner in that past—personal stakes inside a continental crisis.
Geography therefore serves two timelines: glittering Dagsion during the Games, and a wider Dagda under existential threat. Details remain pre-release.
Pillars of the overworld loop
Pale Raven’s Perch
Pale Raven’s Perch is the hub activity for hopping between the four Hero stories in one playthrough, with progress saved per Hero and parallel play. Pair it with Parallel Routes, Eshmel, and Time Jump Story. Footage: August Direct.
Heroic Games
The Heroic Games are the wish tournament honoring founding king Dagda—Solel’s prize, four Hero paths, and the prep loop that feeds every match day.
Pantheon
Pantheon indexes Sothis, Fortuna (Obelisk Chamber), Solel, Balor, and Yu Phas for faith-and-crisis framing.
Dagsion hub
Dagsion is your between-match home: Arena training, shopping arcades, Temple Row blessings, Certification Exams, quest boards, recruitment (gifts and meals), and inns for rest, auto material gathering, and supports. Facilities unlock as the journey continues—do not assume every shop exists on day one.
Calendar pressure
The calendar system evokes Three Houses scheduling: match days versus prep days, quest deadlines, and the cost of every world-map step. Good players treat empty days as wasted Renown and failed exams.
Dagda world map
On the Dagda map you visit towns for local wares and intel, fight skirmishes for experience, and trigger each Hero’s unique field ability. Movement spends time—plan expeditions so you return before the next Heroic Games bout.
Dungeons
Dungeons recall Echoes: Shadows of Valentia-style exploration more than pure grid marches. Inside, gather weapon materials and treasures; enemy contact starts clashes with ally attack combos distinct from standard matches.
How the world feeds combat and classes
- Temple Row → Blessings usable mid-battle (buffs, damage reduction; level blessings for more effects).
- Arena → skill ranks for class Certification Exams.
- Shops + dungeon mats → weapons that enable Combat Arts.
- Inns/supports → safer formations when Gambits and adjacency buffs matter.
- Hero Blaze Arts still cost HP and risk Burst (half max HP at full gauge)—hub healing and blessings mitigate that lifestyle.
Read system depth on Combat and job trees on Classes, including the speculative Tier List.
Regions and factions named so far
Public materials mention:
- Dagda / Dagdan Empire — primary setting; Games honor the first king.
- Dagsion — hub city for prep and matches.
- Ribeira — Cai’s peaceful home village.
- Saramis — Theodora’s kingdom; she fights for the honor of a goddess known as Keeper of Death and Night.
- Broader war geography for Balor’s return — largely unrevealed.
Avoid fan-map speculation beyond official art; our Dagda map page sticks to what screenshots show.
Exploration tips (pre-release)
- After each match, open the calendar before wandering—quest timers kill careless tourists.
- Scout opponents from the Arena stands on match weeks.
- Certify Beginner jobs early; park Specialty goals before long map tours.
- Dive dungeons when inventories stall, not when a finals match is tomorrow.
- Track Direct map reveals via News and Direct Summaries.
Tools and guides
Use Tools for checklist templates (calendar days, exam gates, dungeon loot goals) and Guides for route-agnostic walkthrough structure once chapters are fully listed.
